Dexter Community Schools will accept bids for Bond 2017 Project BP03 New Elementary School Masonry & Structural Steel. Bid Categories include masonry and steel (structural and miscellaneous).
Bid proposals are requested and must be received as a “single lump sum proposal” prior to 2:00 p.m., local time, on November 28, 2017. Bids must be submitted according to the project manual section 00 2113 Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be submitted via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and copied to email@example.com or via hard copy sealed bid to Dexter Community Schools, Attn: Sandra Darr, Bond Projects Purchasing, 2nd Floor Business Office, 7714 Ann Arbor St., Dexter, MI 48130.
Bids will be opened publicly at 2:05 p.m. will be Dexter Community Schools, 7714 Ann Arbor St., Dexter, MI 48130 in the Copeland Theater.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Granger Site Office. This pre-bid meeting is optional but recommended.
