Saline Boys Soccer Splits In SEC Red Showdowns

The Saline boys soccer team saw both ends of shutouts against SEC Red rivals last week.

The squad opened last week on the road, blanking Monroe 8-0 on Sept. 26. Sophomore Ezekiel Gray led the way with three goals in the victory. Junior Ryan Nichols, senior Anthony Sweier, junior Mitchell Kalitta, senior Ian Greene and junior Brendan Foster also scored against the Trojans.

Junior goalkeeper Quinn Fox posted the shutout in net.
