With a whole new look and feel, the Chelsea Lumber Company is inviting the community to check out the re-opening of its Chelsea Kitchen Design Center.
From the floor to the ceiling, everything in their main kitchen showroom has been renovated over the past six months. Now it’s ready for the unveiling. The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.
To learn more about this massive renovation, the Sun Times News connected with John Daniels, Chelsea Lumber Company’s Co-Owner and President.
Daniels described the renovation as a complete update; featuring a more open and inviting space with current designs and looks that will inspire ideas in customers as to how they might renovate the spaces in the heart of their homes. He said the showroom has designs that will really “wow” people. The updated space gives customers the ability to have both a visual and hands-on experience as they work with their designer.
“We’re more than just a lumber company,” Daniels said.
The showroom has full sized kitchen and bath displays, and provides a variety of styles and options for customers to choose from. At the same time, the designers are there to help customers through each step of the project. Using quality materials from manufacturers who stand behind their products while also offering a wide variety of styles to match your home and vision is what Chelsea Lumber aims to do.
The renovation was motivated by wanting to bring an even better customer-centered experience, Chelsea Lumber Company staff said. They said they want customers to have confidence and trust in knowing they are important to them and should expect to receive sophisticated and professional help.
“We are happy with it and think we have one of the nicest showrooms around,” Daniels said.
The grand re-opening event will also feature raffles, appetizers and beverages. The Chelsea location is at 1 Old Barn Circle, and can be reached at 734-475-9126. To learn more, go to https://www.chelsealumber.com/.
