The demolition of existing structures on the corner of Grand St. and Baker Rd., marks the beginning of work on the new Grandview Commons condominium development by A.R. Brouwer Company.

Phase 1 units can now be purchased at pre-construction pricing.

This 76-unit condominium development will enhance the core of Downtown Dexter; offering affordable luxury living quarters in the growing downtown area. The development offers four types of residences: a townhouse, a duplex, and two condominium choices.

Buyers will choose the interior finishes that reflect their style and upgrades are available.

Each unit will feature programmable thermostats, sound proofing, and high efficiency mechanicals.

“The nice thing about this project is the location.  It’s a block and a half from downtown Dexter, close to the new city park, the schools and more,” said Steve Brouwer, President of A.R. Brouwer Company.  “Currently there is a very limited number of houses available in downtown Dexter.  This is a great opportunity for buyers who want to live in a smaller town, to have a nice home in the heart of Dexter.”

Designed with an active lifestyle in mind, the community will feature a tree-lined park, and is within walking distance to the Border to Border trail and the Dexter Wellness Center. Reinhart Realtors is representing the builder in offering the 76 units for sale.  Those interested in purchasing a unit can call 734-669-5900 or visit www.GrandviewDexter.com.
