WEBSTER TOWNSIP PUBLIC NOTICE

AMENDMENT TO WEBSTER TOWNSHIP PUBLIC NUISANCES ORDINANCE

At a  special meeting  of  the Township  Board  of Webster  Township,  Washtenaw County, Michigan, held at the Webster Township Hall on Thursday, August 9, 2018, at 6:00 p.m.,



Member Kingsley moved to introduce the following Ordinance, which motion was seconded by Member Scharf:

An Ordinance to amend the Webster Township Public Nuisances Ordinance, and to repeal any ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this Ordinance.

THE TOWNSHIP OF WEBSTER ORDAINS:

Amendment of Section 3.6.C.(iv) of the Public Nuisances Ordinance: Public Nuisances Per Se:  The Webster Township Public Nuisances Ordinance, Section 3.6.C.(iv) shall be amended to read as follows:

(iv)      One-time or  short-term temporary uses permitted under Section 12.30  of  the Webster Township Zoning Ordinance, provided that all terms and conditions of the permit are complied with by the permit holder.

A true copy of said resolutions and amended ordinances can be inspected and/or obtained at the Webster Township Hall at 5665 Webster Church Road, Dexter, MI. 48130, during regular office hours.

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall take effect seven (7) days after publication of a notice of adoption of this Ordinance, unless referendum procedures are initiated under MCL125.3402. If referendum procedures are initiated, this Ordinance will take effect in accordance with MCL 125.3402.
