Summary of Minutes, January 25, 2018—TOWNSHIP SPECIAL BOARD MEETING—Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM.  No Public Comment.  Items Approved:  Agenda amended by Adding 7.  Concerns of Board Members and Renumbering Adjournment to 8.  The Implementation Committee’s Recommendation of Finley Engineering for the Following Services:   Broadband Engineering Design, Construction Management and Inspection Services; Authorized Lyndon Township Supervisor to Enter into Contract Negotiations with Foster Swift Collins and Smith Regarding the Contract for Finley Engineering; Moved the February Regular Board Meeting from Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 7:00 PM to Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 7:00 PM due to Schedule Conflicts.  Office Manager to Notice in Paper, on Lyndon Township Website and at Township Hall.  Township Supervisor updated the Board on CACA.  The Meeting adjourned at 7:07 PM.  Summary of Minutes, February 15, 2018—TOWNSHIP BOARD MEETING—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM.  A resident spoke during Public Comment.  Items Approved:  Agenda; Consent Agenda; Payment of Bills as Presented.  Zoning Administrator reviewed his report with Board.  CAFA Representative submitted his report in writing.  Gary Munce updated the Board on the status of Broadband.  Items Approved:  Tabled Discussion on Resolution 18-01 to Approve the Washtenaw County Solid Waste Management Plan 2017 Amendment until the March 13, 2018 Board Meeting; Reappointed Tom Demske as the Lyndon Township Regular Representative to the Chelsea Area Fire Authority (CAFA) for the Term 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2022; Reappointed Marc Keezer as the Lyndon Township Alternate Representative to CAFA for the Term 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2022; Increased CLERK by $2,500 and Decrease FUND BALANCE by $2,500 to Cover Additional Election Required Training and Meetings; Tabled Discussion on Consumers Energy Company Electric Franchise Ordinance until the 3/13/2018 Board Meeting.  The Meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM.
