Chela’s Dexter Location Prepping for Opening

While they do not yet have a date, the owners of Chela’s in Dexter, Adrian and Lori Iraola, are working hard at getting the location ready for customers.  Lori states “I am so happy and excited to be getting this new location ready!” They also have two existing locations in Ann Arbor.

Their tentative hours will be from 11am until 11pm, until they get an idea of what clientele want, and at that point, if necessary, they will make any needed adjustments.



They do have a liquor license, but also encourage families with children to come in and give them a try. While there is no “kiddie menu” per se`, there are kid friendly items on the menu.  For example, most kids love tacos.

The Iraola’s say diners can expect Mexican food at reasonable prices, with lunch topping out at around $10, and dinner around $18.

As it is going to be a full service, sit down restaurant, reservations will be taken during busy hours. They are still in need of all positions necessary for a full-service restaurant and ask that those interested apply within.
