The Chelsea lacrosse team dominated from the start as they rolled to a 16-1 win over Ypsilanti Lincoln last week.

The Bulldogs scored four in the first and six in the second to take a commanding 10-0 halftime lead.  The lead grew to 13-0 after three as they cruised to the win.

Cam Breining led the Bulldogs offense with six goals. Riley Sumner chipped in with three goals and three assists, Spencer Gobba two goals and four assists, Kyle Mitchell two goals, Max Gervais one goal and one assist, Sam Peterson and Nolan Law one goal each. Mitchell Sumner had two assists, Doug Zarinnia, Tyler Wallgren, and Zach Cooley one assist each.

The Bulldogs dropped a 16-9 decision to East Lansing April 27. A 7-0 third quarter by the Trojans doomed the Bulldogs as East Lansing pulled away.

Gobba and Breining each had three goals and two assists to lead Chelsea. Ethan Dunahoo had a goal and assist, while Gervais and Riley Sumner each had a goal. Zarinnia recorded two assists and Wallgren one assist.

The Bulldogs game with Dexter was called at the end of the first quarter due to lightning. Chelsea is leading 4-1 and will pick up where it left off sometime next week.
