An application has been filed by United Methodist Retirement Communities of 805 W. Middle Street, Chelsea, MI 48118 for Final Site Plan approval to construct a Wellness Center & Pool addition on the following described parcel of land:

805 W. Middle Street, Chelsea, MI

(To be located in the courtyard between the Dancey House Apartments and the Glazier Assisted Living Building.)

The Public Hearing regarding the application for Preliminary Site Plan approval will be considered by the Chelsea Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 7:00p.m. Meeting to be held in the City Municipal Building (Council Chambers) located at 311 S. Main  Street, Chelsea, MI.

The petition is on file in the office of the Planning and Zoning Department, 305 S. Main St., Suite 100, Chelsea and may be examined prior to the date of the hearing.

Signed, written comments, concerning the application will be accepted prior to the Planning Commission meeting, and will be read at the meeting.  Comments should be addressed to the Chelsea Planning Commission, 305 S. MAIN ST. STE. 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118.
