1. Approval of Proposal for 2024 City Streets Preventative Maintenance (Manager Colburn)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to approve the bid from Pavement Maintenance Systems, LLC A/K/A Evergreen Roadworks, in the amount of $222,833.71. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Bid Award for Main Street Park Alliance for the “Big Dig” and Storm Sewer (Assistant City Manager Montenegro)

MOTION Ruddock SECONDED Mehuron to approve the bid award to Parks Installation & Excavating to include items 7, 7a, 8a, 8b, 10 and Option 9a for sewer replacement costs in the amount of $147,025. All ayes. Motion carried. 

• Adopt at Second Reading Ordinance #187 for Local Officers Compensation Commission (Assistant City Manager Montenegro)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Mehuron to adopt at Second Reading Ordinance No. 187 Local Officers Compensation Commission that will become effective 30 days from publication. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Purchase Order for Wire for Electric Department (Operations Managers Stevens)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to approve a purchase order in the amount of $61,261.45, payable to Power Line Supply, for electrical wire. All ayes. Motion carried.
