The Chelsea boys’ basketball team used a big second half to pull away from Olivet for a 58-45 non-league win December 18.
The Bulldogs jumped out to an 11-5 lead after one quarter, only to have the Eagles cut the lead to three at the half 25-22.
Chelsea came out hot in the third and outscore Olivet 22-26 to take a 47-38 lead into the final period.
They put the game away in the fourth, outscoring the Eagles 11-7.
Adam Hauser led Chelsea with 17 points.
Quinn Starkey finished with 14 points and Hunter Neff 12. Hunter Lay finished with eight points, Ryan Stofflet five, and Griffin Bell two.
