The Chelsea volleyball team stayed one game out of the top spot of the SEC White after a four-set win over Jackson Tuesday night.

The Bulldogs split the first two sets 25-18, 22-25, but bounced back to win the last two sets 25-19, 25-22.

Madeleine Kennedy led Chelsea with 16 kills, five digs, and two aces.

Maddie Kemp had 13 kills, while Ellie McGlashen added eight kills. Kari Reiber had five digs, Kiersten added five kills and two aces, while Sierra Law had two aces.


The Bulldogs then took down Adrian in an epic five-set battle Thursday night defeating the Maples 15-25, 25-16, 25-20, 22-25, 15-12.

Kennedy had a huge night with 34 kills, 25 digs, and three aces.

Kemp finished with 13 kills, while Reiber had 24 digs. Grace Suntheim dished out 54 assists and Rachel Hern had 10 digs.
