Parks Committee Appointment – Jonathon Van Hoek

MOVED Albertson SECONDED Hammer to approve Mayor Lindauer’s recommendation to appoint Jonathon Van Hoek to the open Parks Committee board position with a term to expire August 2017. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Chelsea Area Fire Authority Discussion

Discussion only, no motion made.

Power Purchase – Michigan Public Power Agency

MOVED White SECONDED Hammer to approve the attached Letter of Authorization to purchase Energy Supply.  All Ayes. Motion Carried.

  1. SAW Grant Award and Engineering Proposal

MOVED Hammer SECONDED Albertson to approve Process Results Proposal as submitted for the not to exceed amount of $205,100; and authorize City Manager to sign proposal; and amend the wastewater fund 590.548.801 as specified above; and amend the storm water fund 218.548.801 as specified above.  All Ayes. Motion Carried.

  1. Set Annual Visioning Session Date – February 8, 2017

MOVED Johnson SECONDED Pacheco to set the visioning session as specified above.  All Ayes. Motion Carried.
