MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Keaton to approve accepting the proposal by Midwestern Consulting for surveying and design work for Taylor Lane based on Time of Materials estimate of $17,500. All ayes. Motion carried. - Approval of New Homes Water Meter Purchases (Superintendent Davis)
MOTION Ruddock SECONDED Mehuron to authorize the Water Department to purchase water meters and meter horns for a cost of $45,600.00 plus shipping. All ayes. Motion carried. - Approval of Bulk Water Meter Purchase (Superintendent Davis)
MOTION Keaton SECONDED Iannelli to authorize the Water Department to purchase 260 water meters for a cost of $110,100 plus shipping. All ayes. Motion carried. - Approval of Emergency Water Service Replacement (Superintendent Davis)
MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Ruddock to approve the invoice from Velocity Master Plumbing in the amount of $5,850.00. All ayes. Motion carried. - Approval of Sludge Building Rehabilitation Project (Superintendent Freeman)
MOTION Keaton SECONDED Mehuron to approve the agreement with Kennedy Industries to build control panel and SCADA integration for $53,500.00. All ayes. Motion carried. - Approval of Purchase of Power Poles for Electric Department (Manager Stevens)
MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Keaton to approve the purchase of power poles from Border States for the sum of $16,924.74. All ayes. Motion carried. - Approval of Service Agreement with Chelsea Painting and Carpentry for Electric Building (Manager Stevens)
MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Ruddock to approve a service agreement with Chelsea Painting & Carpentry for the painting of the exterior of the Electric Department building to match the addition for the sum of $11,400.00. All ayes. Motion carried. - Approval of Purchase of Tasers for Police Department (Chief Kazyak)
MOTION Ruddock SECONDED Keaton to approve the purchase of Tasers for the Police Department from Exon Enterprises at a cost of $9,811.72 per year for five years. All ayes. Motion carried.
