MOTION Keaton SECONDED Merkel to appoint Laura Baker to the Planning Commission for a term ending June 30, 2027. All ayes. Motion carried. - Discussion Regarding Draft Ordinance 186 Noise (Manager Colburn)
Council held discussion about components of the ordinance and will revisit the topic at a later meeting.
