NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE NO. 192

The City of Chelsea adopted Ordinance No. 192 on November 3, 2025, to amend Chapter 33, Civil Rights, various section related to the Human Rights Commission.

EFFECTIVE: 12/19/2025      

A copy of the Ordinance will be available on the City’s website www.city-chelsea.org or may be inspected at the City of Chelsea Offices, 305 South Main Street, Suite 100, Chelsea, Michigan 48118, during regular business hours, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on Monday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, except for legal holidays.
