   1. Approval of Appointments to Community Education & Recreation Collaborative – Jules Zane and Virginia Field (Mayor Henson)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Bullerman to appoint Virginia Field and Jules Zane to the Chelsea Education & Recreation Collaborative. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Adoption of Amended City Council Rules (Mayor Henson)

MOTION Stump SECONDED Bullerman to adopt the amended City Council Rules as finalized in this meeting. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Service Contract with Merit Labs for Groundwater Sampling (Superintendent Lampel)

MOTION Angus SECONDED Stump to approve the service agreement with Merit Labs for groundwater sampling and testing. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Agreement with CTC Engineering for Load Study and ARC Flash Study (Operations Manager Stevens)

MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Bullerman to approve the contract with CTC Engineering for Load and Arc flash studies to comply with OSHA requirements. All ayes. Motion carried.

• Approval of Dana Ballfields Maintenance and Renovations (Superintendent Bollinger)

MOTION Stump SECONDED Angus to approve the quote from DuraEdge for Dana Ballfield maintenance in an amount not to exceed $20,000. All ayes. Motion carried.

MOTION Iannelli SECONDED Bullerman to enter into Closed Session per MCL 15.269(1)(d) to consider purchase or lease of real property up to the time of option to purchase or lease real property is obtained; MCL15.268(1)(h) to consider material exempt from discussion or disclosure by state or federal statute. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION Iannelli SECONCED Bullerman to exit the Closed Session and enter back into the Regular Session. All ayes. Motion carried.
MOTION Stump SECONDED Angus to direct staff to proceed as discussed in Closed Session. All ayes. Motion carried.
