MOTION Merkel SECONDED Iannelli to appoint Jan Carr as Chelsea District Library Trustee for a term ending December 31, 2027. All ayes. Motion carried.

- Approval of Addendum No.2 to Memorandum of Understanding for Timbertown (Manager Colburn)
MOTION Ruddock SECONDED Merkel to award the bid proposal contract for Timbertown Park Parking Lot Improvements to Vanston/O’Brien, Inc. in an amount not-to-exceed $505,263.64; in addition, making an appropriation in support of funding the project fund deficiency to complete the Timbertown Park trailhead & parking lot project in the amount not to exceed $67,000; and direct staff to make a budget amendment to reflect the same. All ayes. Motion carried.
- Adopt Resolution #2024-30 to Add Michigan Cooperative Liquid Assets Securities System (MI CLASS) as an Investment Option (Director King)
MOTION Merkel SECONDED Keaton to adopt Resolution #2024-30 adding Michigan Cooperative Liquid Assets Security System (Ml CLASS) as an investment option. All ayes. Motion carried.
