  1. Approve at First Reading Ordinance No. 189 PILOT – Manchester Crossing I (Attorney Fink)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Henson to approve at First Reading Ordinance No. 189 PILOT – Manchester Crossing I. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Approve at First Reading Ordinance No. 190 PILOT – Manchester Crossing II (Attorney Fink)

MOTION Keaton SECONDED Iannelli to approve at First Reading Ordinance No. 190 PILOT – Manchester Crossing II. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Approval of Release of Master Plan for Distribution (Community Development Director Montagno)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Henson to approve the distribution of the proposed master plan update for review in accordance with the Michigan Planning Enabling Act (PA 33 of 2008 as amended). All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Adoption of Resolution #2025-22 in Support of Connecting Communities Grant Application (Community Development Director Montagno)

MOTION Mehuron SECONDED Merkel to adopt resolution #2025-22 in Support of the Submission of a Connecting Communities Grant Application to Washtenaw County Parks & Recreation. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Approval of Well #5 Pump and Motor Replacement (Superintendent Powell)

MOTION Henson SECONDED Iannelli to approve the purchase of the pump and motor from Northern Pump & Well, in the amount of $33,021.64. All ayes. Motion carried.

  • Approval of Street Sweeper Purchase (Superintendent Bollinger)

MOTION Merkel SECONDED Keaton to approve the purchase of the Bucher Municipal City Cat for $296,681.00 utilizing the 5-year financing plan. All ayes. Motion carried.
