CITY OF MILAN NOTICE TO PUBLIC

2026 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned, Lavonna Wenzel, Clerk of the City of Milan, County of Washtenaw, County of Monroe, and State of Michigan to all residents of the City of Milan: that all persons protesting their assessment must complete petitions prior to appearing before the Board. Personal appearance is not required. All petitions must be received in the Assessor’s office by March 17th, 2026, by 3:00 PM. Postmark will not be accepted.

The March Board of Review will be held in the council chambers at Milan City Hall, 147 Wabash St, Milan, MI 48160

The following is the schedule for 2026 March Board of Review.

  • Tuesday, March 3rd,    Organizational Meeting 10:00am
    • (No appeals during this meeting)
  • Tuesday, March 10th, Hearings: 1:00pm – 5:00pm; 6:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Tuesday, March 17th, Hearings: 9:00am – 12:00m; 1:00pm – 4:00pm
