NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2017 Real and Personal Property Tax Assessment Rolls will be opened for public inspection from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. each day from March 13 through 17, at the office of the Saline City Assessor, 100 N. Harris St. Saline.

The City of Saline Tax Board of Review will hear appeals by appointment or by letter.  Taxpayers should call (734) 429-4907 ext. 2208 or 2218 during normal business hours to make an appointment.  Written appeals must be received by 9:00 p.m. on March 22, 2017 (postmarks are not accepted). 


MONDAY             MARCH 20           9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

WEDSNEDAY      MARCH 22           1:00 PM – 4:00 PM and  5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Additional dates and times may be added as necessary if all appointments for the above have been filled.  Taxpayers are welcome to contact the Assessor’s Office prior to the Board of Review dates to discuss their assessments or taxable values.  Please visit to access information about assessments and taxable values or to print a Board of Review petition (form L4035).  All persons protesting their assessment must complete a Petition to Board of Review (form L4035).

Tentative 2017 City of Saline ratios and estimated multipliers, as determined by the Washtenaw County Department of Equalization, are as follows:
