The Dexter baseball team improved to 21-8 overall and 13-5 in the SEC Red after three game sweep of Ann Arbor Skyline last week.
Conor Sweeny tossed a five-hit gem in the opener as the Dreadnaughts blanked Skyline 6-0. Sweeny struck out eight for the complete game win.
RBI singles by Chance Sobbry and Davis Bennett put Dexter on top 3-0 in the first.
The Dreads lead grew to 6-0 in the second with a two-run homer by Sobbry and a run scoring single by Cole Novara and that is all the Dreads would need behind the pitching of Sweeny.
