Dexter Community Schools is soliciting bids for Dexter High School Center for Performing Arts Drapes. The work includes procuring and furnishing functional and operational stage curtains, following quantitative requirements; standards of quality in materials and workmanship; and fabrication and industry standard installation of the stage curtains.
Bid proposals must be received as a single lump sum proposal prior to 2:30 p.m., local time, on January 28th, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted or considered.
Bids must be submitted according to the project manual section 00 2113 Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a familial disclosure statement, prevailing wage assurance, and bid security for not less than 5% of the total bid amount.

Bids will be read publicly at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 at Bates School, 2704 Baker Rd, Dexter, MI 48130, Board conference room – Room #203.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Dexter High School, Center for Performing Arts., 2200 N. Parker Rd., Dexter, MI, 48130. For this meeting, park in the Dexter High School loading dock area. This pre-bid meeting is optional but recommended. A site inspection is recommended before bidding.
