DEXTER COMMUNITY SCHOOLS

INVITATION TO BID

Dexter Community Schools is soliciting bids for Bond 2017 Project RFP Dexter High School Chiller & Cooling Tower Replacement. The bid is for materials purchase only; installation will be bid separately at a later date.

Bid proposals must be received as a single lump sum proposal prior to 2:00 p.m., local time, on October 8, 2019. Bids received after this time will not be accepted or considered.

Bids must be submitted according to the project manual section 00 2113 Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a familial disclosure statement and bid security for not less than 5% of the total bid amount.

Bids are to be submitted to Dexter Community Schools and may be submitted via e-mail to bond@dexterschools.org and copied to dexterbids@grangerconstruction.com or via hard copy sealed bid to Dexter Community Schools, Attn: Jennifer Miceli, Bond Projects Purchasing, 2nd Floor Business Office, 7714 Ann Arbor St., Dexter, MI 48130. 

Bids will be read publicly at 3:00 p.m. at Dexter Community Schools, 7714 Ann Arbor Street, Dexter MI 48130.
