Dexter Community Schools is soliciting bids for Bond 2017 Project Bid Package No. 7 K-2 Elementary Addition Playground. The work includes construction of the playground area for the K-2 Addition at Cornerstone Elementary School.
Bid proposals must be received as a single lump sum proposal prior to 2:00 p.m., local time, on October 4, 2018. Bids received after this time will not be accepted or considered.
Bids must be submitted according to the project manual section 00 2113 Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a familial disclosure statement and bid security for not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
Bids are to be submitted to Dexter Community Schools and may be submitted via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and copied to email@example.com or via hard copy sealed bid to Dexter Community Schools, Attn: Sandra Darr, Bond Projects Purchasing, 2nd Floor Business Office, 7714 Ann Arbor St., Dexter, MI 48130.
Bids will be read publicly at 3:00 p.m. at Dexter Community Schools, 7714 Ann Arbor St., Dexter, MI 48130 in the Copeland theater.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Sept. 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Granger Project Office (2505 Baker Road. Dexter, MI). This pre-bid meeting is optional but recommended.
