The Dexter hockey team came up on the short end of a 4-1 loss to Allen Park Cabrini Saturday, January 20.

The Dreadnaughts struggled shorthanded as three of the Cabrini goals were on the powerplay. The final goal was an emptynetter that sealed the win with less than two minutes left in the game.

Cabrini took a 2-0 lead in the 2nd before Logan Eggleston slapped home a pass from Brendan Busdeker for a power play goal late in the second.

It would stay that way until the third when Cabrini scored on another power play to make it 3-1.

The loss stopped a four game win streak for the Dreadnaughts as their record fell to 10-4 on the season.
