On July 16, 2024, the Township Board of Dexter Township adopted an ordinance to amend the
relevant portions of Section 19.06.A.3 to remove the 300-foot frontage requirement in both
residential and agricultural zoning districts when associated with a special land use and to
correct technical errors in Table 19.1 and Table 19.2 of the Dexter Township Zoning Ordinance.
The effective date is August 8, 2024. Copies of the ordinance are available at
