1. Public hearing to amend Section 2.02(R) and Article 4, Article 7, and Article 17 to allow short term rentals in the Lake Residential Zoning District using the short-term rental development standards in the Hamburg Township Zoning Ordinance. 
   1. Public hearing to amend Section 2.02, Article 4, and Article 17 to allow utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage facilities.

Draft zoning ordinance amendments may be viewed at the Dexter Township Hall during business hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm Mon.-Thurs., excluding holidays). Information will also be available on the Planning Commission page of the Township’s website, https://www.dextertownship.org/planning-commission/, seven to ten days before the public hearing date.  Members of the public are welcome to attend the public hearings in person or by counsel to express views on the petition. Written comments should be addressed to the Planning Commission, 6880 Dexter-Pinckney, Dexter, MI 48130, or may be sent by email to the Director of Planning and Zoning at dpz@dextertownship.org.  All correspondence must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the public hearing date.
