Dreadnaughts Bishop, Bow Earn All-State Track Honors

The Dexter track teams continued to show the strength of pole vaulting squad as the Dreadnaughts had two athletes earn Division 1 All-State honors in the event.

Oliver Bishop placed sixth in the boys and Nicole Bow sixth in the girls to earn the honors for the Dreadnaughts.

Bishop finished with a vault of 14’0 to finish sixth.

Bow’s vault of 11’06” earned her the honors. She also finished 25th in the long jump with a leap of 15-3.

Henry Sheldon just missed all-state honors with a ninth-place finish in the vault.

Madison Wright also just missed with a ninth-place finish in the vault. Teaghan Holman was 10th and Josie Mettes 16th in the pole vault for Dexter.
