“Randall’s drum and team building workshop exceeded all expectations with the 40 people in attendance. He said we would build something out of nothing, which is exactly what we did: workspace barriers were broken and everyone was on the same playing field creating music when most of us had no musical experience. We established rhythm, became active listeners, fostered cooperation and built team camaraderie. By the end of the experience, everyone was exhilarated and asked the boss for drums at our desk! Way to set the groove! Everyone said it was the best team building experience ever!” -Denise, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Corporate World Headquarters, Detroit M
“I cannot express to you what a meaningful experience this was for our students. They still speak of Randall two years later. The kids beg for us to have him back! Randall’s sense of humor, knowledge, and personable nature allows him to make incredible connections with the students”
-Kaarina R, Sheldon Pines School, Holland MI
