Kids Yoga Exploration

Studies show yoga is beneficial in building self esteem, better focus and stress relief. In fact, A University of California study of 48 college students showed that after two weeks of mindfulness training the average scores increased from 460 to 520 on the GRE. Plant the seed early. Each week students will learn a new yoga concept including asana (postures), meditation, breathing exercises and mindfulness activities in a fun age appropriate format.
