Seniors for Healthy Choices

Catholic Charities Washtenaw County is excited to introduce this new program that celebrates healthy aging and educates participants on how medications and substances can affect us as we age. This free, evidence-based program is open to anyone in Washtenaw County age 60 or older and offers 6 lessons over 6 weeks that cover a wide range of topics.

Join us every Wednesday, October 15 – November 19 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Chelsea Senior Center
