Sustainable Entertaining: Fall Seasonal Dinner at Cornman Farms

This fall, our dinner series gets a sustainable upgrade from food and beverages to décor and florals, thanks to an eco-conscious dream team. Chef Kieron Hales is excited to collaborate with Author Lindsay-Jean Hard on a sustainable, locally-sourced menu inspired by her soon-to-be-released cookbook, Cooking with Scraps, which shows just how delicious and surprising the all-too-often discarded scraps can be in a collection of 80 inspired recipes. We’re also extending the sustainable theme into our décor with Detroit Cultivated, founded by planner Haley Lertola who is committed to disrupting Detroit’s event industry by creating inspired experiences that incorporate sustainable practices. As an added bonus, each guest will receive a signed copy of Cooking with Scraps with their ticket purchase.
The fall dinner will take place in our historic farmhouse, rain or shine, and is limited in capacity so please purchase tickets in advance.
