Good question; faulty premise. The First Amendment trumps State law and City ordinances. Judge Anna M. Frushour recognized the priority of laws and found that the tickets issued were an unconstitutional suppression of speech.

The language in your post is not designed to foster civility.  It is not 'radical' to speak out against police brutality; brutality which all of us witnessed in video after video over the last year - brutality that was not about 'keeping the peace'.  It is not 'radical' for the school district to adopt a curriculum
