Speaker Grace Bliss Smith, PhD, is the Governor of the Society of Mayflower Descendants in Michigan. She also serves as Organizing Secretary National for the Women Descendants of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company and as President of the Michigan Society, U.S. Daughters of 1812. She is a founding member and currently President General of the Descendants of Cape Cod and the Islands. Her description of the women who made the Mayflower voyage will include tales of their courage and sacrifice. The lecture is presented by the Sarah Caswell Angell Chapter, NSDAR.
