Saline's own Kate Melcher will be honored for her dedicated service to our nation and her commitment to public service at this event. The Sarah Caswell Angell Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution  (DAR) will proudly pay tribute to Ms. Melcher by placing her name in nomination for DAR's prestigious national Outstanding Women in American History Award.  Prior to her current position as Executive Director of Fisher House Michigan she was an Army
