Chelsea Golfers Win Holt Invitational

The Chelsea golf team traveled to Holt for the Holt Invitational at El Dorado Golf Course and came home victorious with a six stroke win.

The Bulldogs finished with an 18-hole score of 317, beating out the host Rams with 323.

Jace DeRosia and Reed Murray tied for medalist honors with rounds of 74 to lead the Bulldogs.

David Cole-Heiss fired an 84, with Jack Murray and Ethan Lyles one stroke back at 85 and Ryan Martin 97.

Chelsea took two of three matches at Tecumseh Wednesday. They defeated Tecumseh 165-169, AA Huron 165-185, but fell to Saline by one stroke 164-165.

Reed Murray fired a 38 to lead the Bulldogs.

Carter DeRosia shot 41, Cole-Heiss 42, Lyles 44, Jack Murray 47, and Martin 51.
