1. Chelsea District Library – Mobile CDL

TJ Helfferich, President of the Chelsea District Library Board of Trustees, was present with fellow Trustee Jan Carr, to introduce Lori Coryell in her presentation of the Library’s Mobile CDL program. Director Coryell and Communications Coordinator Virginia Kreuger provide an overview of the forthcoming program.

2. Wolf Farms Planned Unit Development

John Ackerman, with Atwell, LLC was present to speak about the pending Wolf Development project. He gave a background on the project and the potential 425 agreement.

    MOVED Keaton SECONDED Mehuron to Approve Execution of the Cooperative Agreement (MOU) between City of Chelsea and Washtenaw County. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  2. Human Rights Commission Bylaws
    (submitted by Council Member Ianelli)
    MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Keaton to Adopt the Proposed Amendment to Article 7 of the Chelsea Human Rights Commission Bylaws. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  3. Social Media Program
    (submitted by City Manager Atkinson)
    MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Iannelli to direct staff to develop a social media program. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  4. Social Media Policy Amendment
    (submitted by City Manager Atkinson)
    MOVED Iannelli SECONDED Keaton to Adopt the amended Social Media Policy. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  5. Lincoln Pointe – Special Land Use/Residential Cluster Option
    (submitted by City Planner Gorenflo)
    MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Wiseley to Approve the Cluster Development (CD) site plan for Lincoln Pointe with conditions. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  6. Collins at the Clocktower – Special Land Use/Event Space
    (submitted by City Planner Gorenflo)
    Council Member Wiseley recused himself from this item as he is personally acquainted with the applicant.
  7. Stafford Rezoning
    (submitted by City Planner Gorenflo)
    MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Wiseley to Approve the Rezoning of 1.66 acres (Parcel # 06-06-11-480-015) from MH-1 (Manufactured Home) to R-1 (Single-Family Residential). All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  8. Westchester - City Council Review of Planned Unit Development Area Plan
    (submitted by City Planner Gorenflo)
    MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Wiseley to Authorize the City Manager to sign the Planned Unit Development Agreement with Norfolk Homes of Westchester, LLC for Parcel 06-06-11-480-013. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
