    MOVED Wiseley SECONDED Mehuron to adopt the resolution regarding assignment of delinquent utility invoices at least six months past due onto the 2022 winter tax bills. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

    MOVED Mehuron SECONDED Ruddock to adopt the resolution to appoint Adrianna Jordan as Member Representative to the Chelsea Area Construction Agency. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  9. Resolution to Appoint Commissioner to the Michigan Public Power Agency

    MOVED Keaton SECONDED Wiseley to adopt a resolution appointing Roy Atkinson as commissioner to the Michigan Public Power Agency for the City of Chelsea. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  10. Resolution to Authorize the City Clerk to publish a Notice of Intent to Issue Bonds

    MOVED Keaton SECONDED Wiseley to adopt the resolution to authorize the City Clerk to publish a Notice of Intent to Issue Bonds. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  11. Approval of Biosolids Contract Renewal

    MOVED Ruddock SECONDED Keaton to approve the three-year contract with Bio Tech Agronomics Inc. to test, haul, and land apply biosolids waste from the wastewater plant. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  12. Wastewater Treatment Plant Thickener Purchase

    MOVED Feeney SECONDED Wisely to approve the purchase of one Vogelsang rotary lobe pump and VFD ($18,000), and one Seppex progressive cavity pump and VFD ($13,975), for a total cost of $31,975. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
  13. Water Department Hayes Street Watermain Materials Purchase
    (submitted by Water Superintendent Davis)
    MOVED Feeney SECOND Iannelli to accept the bids as presented for a total cost of $81,758.69. All Ayes. Motion Carried.
