SYNOPSIS OF NOVEMBER 2022 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, November 14, 2022—Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM. During Public Comment, the Deputy Supervisor complimented the Clerk and election staff on how well the November 8, 2022 election was run. Items Approved: Agenda, Consent Agenda, Payment of Bills as Presented. Zoning Administrator briefly summarized his report in writing to the Township Board. CAFA Representative summarized his report to the Board. Deputy Supervisor gave a brief update on the number of hits on the website and the status of hybrid sessions. Multi-Lakes Representative summarized his report to the Board. Trustee Eder reported on the Recreation Plan. WWRA Representative summarized his report to the Board. Items Approved: Recommendation of the Planning Commission and move forward with the amendment as stated in the Documents presented before the Township Board; Renominate Linda Reilly as Alternate At-large Trustee to CAFA; Appoint Michael Lowman as Representative to the Broadband Oversight Committee beginning January 1, 2023; Reappoint Tom Demske as Representative and Pam Byrnes as Alternate to CAFA for the term January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2027 (5 years); and Reappoint Pam Byrnes as Representative and Marc Keezer as Alternate to the Leoni Regional Utility Authority for the term January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2024 (2 years); Increase Maintenance (TOWNHALL-BUILDINGS/GROUNDS) $5,000.00 and decrease Lyndon Township Fund Balance 390.000 $5,000 and increase Accounting/Audit (TRUSTEE-LEGISLATIVE) $1,500.00 and decrease Lyndon Township Fund Balance 390.000 $1,500.00; the Agreement for Assessing Services from WCA Assessing. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
