2023 March Board of Review (MBOR)

The City of Chelsea will be conducting the 2023 March Board of Review (MBOR) and will convene in the city meeting room located at 305 S Main St, Chelsea, MI 48118

The Board of Review schedule is as follows:

Organizational Meeting: Monday, March 6, 2023 1:00 P.M.

Appeal Hearings by Appointment Only

Monday, March 6, 2023 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.

Thursday, March 9, 2023 1:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.

Monday, March 20, 2023 1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.

Other hearing dates and times may be scheduled as needed. Hearings are by appointment only. COMPLETED 2023 Board of Review Petitions are required and must be submitted at to the Assessor’s Office prior to your appointment. The deadline for submitting petitions for all persons wishing to appeal in-person before the Board of Review is Monday, March 20, 2023 at 4:00 P.M.

Copies of the notices stating the dates and times of the meetings will be posted and published in the local newspaper.

All board of Review meetings are open meetings in compliance with the “Open Meetings Act.”
