Lyndon Twp: Notice of Twp Board Meeting Minutes

LYNDON TOWNSHIP – 17751 N. Territorial Road, Chelsea, MI 48118. Summary of Minutes, April 12, 2022—Meeting called to order at 7:01 PM. During Public Comment, the President of the League of Women Voters of Washtenaw County presented a certificate of thanks to the Lyndon Township Clerk. Items Approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda; Payment of Bills. Supervisor briefly addressed a map of Tree Trimming Maintenance by DTE. Zoning Administrator and CAFA Representative submitted their reports in writing to the Township Board as well as provide a brief update. The Deputy Supervisor reported they are working with MEC on outage notifications on a text base system. He is also receiving comments on the website. Multi-Lakes Representative and WWRA Representative summarized their reports to the Township Board. Items Approved: Items 1, 2 and 9 from the list in the 2022 Lyndon Township Agreement with the Washtenaw County Road Commission; Appoint Jo Ann Munce as Alternate to the Western Washtenaw Recycling Authority for the Term January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022; Change the Township Board Meeting on November 8, 2022 to November 14, 2022; Contract with Green Shades Lawn Mowing for the 2022 Season. The meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM.
