The Dexter men's water polo team was firing on all cylinders Thursday night as the Dreadnaughts routed Ann Arbor Huron 20-4 to improve to 6-1 overall on the season with the district seeding tournament at Saline this weekend.

The Dreadnaughts started quick with five first period goals and never looked back against the River Rats.

While the offense was clicking, so was Tony Golin in net for the Dreadnaughts. Golin came up with several big saves in the first half as the Dreadnaught blew the game open. Huron did not have a goal until a shot went in at the final buzzer of the half after Dexter built a 10-0 lead.

Huron scored the first two of the second half to make it 10-3, but the Dreads would added six more goal to make it 16-4 after three.

Dexter would add four more more goals in the fourth including th 20th by Tristan Lorincz in the final minute.

Sam Sterlitz had a big night with eight goals to lead the offense for Dexter.

Clayton Kinnard  and and Lorincz finished with three goals each. Bend Duncan and Leo Varitek scored two each and Gabe Sterlitz one for Dexter.
