SCIO TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES

SYNOPSIS AUGUST 9, 2022

The meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm by Supr. Hathaway at 827 N. Zeeb Road.

Present: Hathaway, Flintoft, Knol, Palmer, McLaughlin

Absent: Courteau, Jerome

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Approved minutes of regular meeting of July 26, 2022 as submitted.

Approved the renewal of ZOOM annual licenses, $7,958.

Appointed Jeff Human to the Planning Commission for the remainder of a term ending in November 2023.

Accepted the resignation of Jacqueline Courteau effective August 9, 2022.

Created an ad hoc appointments committee to receive and review applications for Township trustee.

Adjourned at 10:01 pm.
