Dexter: Requesting Bids for Scoreboard Work
Dexter Community Schools is soliciting bids for 2022 Dexter Community Pool Digital Scoreboard. The work includes removing and installing a new digital scoreboard at the Dexter Community Pool.
Bid proposals must be received as a single lump sum proposal prior to 1:00 p.m., local time, on October 11, 2022. Bids received after this time will not be accepted or considered.
Bids must be submitted according to the project manual section 00 2113 Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a familial disclosure statement and bid security for not less than 5% of the total bid amount.
Bids are to be submitted to Dexter Community Schools and may be submitted via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or via hard copy sealed bid to Dexter Community Schools, Attn: Jennifer Miceli, Bond Projects Purchasing, 2704 Baker Rd, Dexter, MI 48130.
Bids will be read publicly at 1:30 p.m., October 11, 2022 at Bates School, 2704 Baker Rd, Dexter, MI 48130, Board conference room - Room #203.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at Wylie Elementary / Dexter Community Pool, 3060 Kensington St., Dexter, MI 48130. This pre-bid meeting is optional but recommended. A site inspection is recommended before bidding.
