NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF:

ORDINANCE NO. 845

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 19, 2022, the Saline City Council adopted the following Ordinances:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF ORDINANCES AS IT RELATES TO BUILDINGS AND BUILDING REGULATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF UPDATING THE PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE IX, ENTITLED “PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE” OF THE CITY OF SALINE CODE OF ORDINANCES

Effective Date.

This ordinance shall be published in the manner required by law and shall become effective October 9, 2022.

A TRUE COPY OF SAID ORDINANCES CAN BE INSPECTED AND/OR OBTAINED AT THE OFFICE OF THE SALINE CITY CLERK AT 100 NORTH HARRIS STREET, SALINE, MICHIGAN 48176, DURING REGULAR WORKING HOURS.
