The Township Board of Trustees will meet in Meeting Hall at Township Hall at 827 N. Zeeb Road. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting of the Scio Township Board of Trustees will be held at the Scio Township Hall, 827 N. Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan, on TUESDAY, February 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM. During this meeting the Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on the following matters:
1. Rezoning of approximately 105 acres from A-1 (General Agricultural) and R-1, (Single-Family Residential) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) located south of Marshall and west of Baker Road. The PUD is for an “age targeted, aging-in-place development with a Senior Living Cluster Ranch Style Villas and Cluster Ranch Duplexes. (Heritage Woods) (OA-PUD#22006/FSP#22011)

Details concerning the aforementioned matters may be examined at the Township Offices, 827 N. Zeeb Road by interested persons during office hours weekdays, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Any person having interest in said Township or their duly appointed representatives shall there and then be heard at the above described meetings or adjournment thereat relative to any matters that should come before the Planning Commission.
Scio Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting/hearing upon 10 days notice to Scio Township.
