SYNOPSIS JANUARY 24, 2023

Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by Supervisor Hathaway.

Present: Hathaway, Flintoft, Knol, Palmer, Brazeau, Reiser, Kerry

Approved the payment of claims presented and accepted the previous check run report.

Approved minutes of special meeting minutes of January 10, 2023 as presented.

Approved minutes of regular meeting minutes of January 10, 2023, with corrections.

Approved minutes of special meeting minutes of January 17, 2023 as presented.

Approved payment of $5,290 to Detroit Legal News for the publication of the Water and Sewer Ordinance.

Approved payment of $5,000 for WRRMA annual dues.

Approved the appointment of Jim Dries to the Compensation Commission for a five-year term commencing immediately.

Approved the appointment of Diane Benson to the Compensation Commission to serve the remainder of a term ending November 23, 2024.

Approved the Resolution to adopt the 2023-2027 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Plan.

Authorized the Interim Township Manager to develop contracts for short term immediate finance staffing assistance not to exceed six months and $90,000.

Approved the employment contract extensions for Nancy Colasanti and Laurie Carey.
