NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Michigan Public Act 110 of 2006 (the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act), as amended, notice is hereby given that the City of Dexter Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a special land use request, on Monday October 2, 2023 at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, located at 3515 Broad St, Dexter, MI, 48130.
The applicant, Superior Storage Group, LLC has submitted an Application for Special Land Use, for flex spaces and a self-storage facility. The property owner is Maui Properties, LLC. The site of the proposed special land use is 2558 Bishop Circle West (08-08-07-125-047). The subject site is zoned RD, Research and Development. In the RD district, self-storage facilities are special land uses.

Public comment may be provided during the meeting, either in-person or virtually, submitted in writing at city offices, located at 3515 Broad Street, Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or emailed to the Office of Community Development firstname.lastname@example.org. All comments must be received no later than close of business the day of the meeting.
