SYNOPSIS OF MEETING MINUTES

July 12, 2022, Regular Board Meeting

Held in person at the Freedom Town Hall

Meeting called to order at 8:02pm

Members present: Lindemann, Bristle, Layher, Huehl, Schaible absent-none 9 public in attendance

Board heard citizen participation, communications received, and treasurer, clerk, planning commission, ordinance enforcement officer and zoning administrator’s reports.

Items approved:

1. Minutes for June 14, 2022
2. Treasurer’s report
3. To partner with the Washtenaw County Water Resource Commissioner’s Office to hold the Ag. Tire Clean-Up event in the Freedom Township parking lot on Dec. 10th, 2022
4. To accept the quote from Spectrum Printing for printing/mailing of the summer 2022 newsletter
5. To accept the quote from Building Place Consultants to prepare fillable .PDF forms for the Freedom Township website
6. To accept Arborland Consultants quote for a boundary verification survey for 11240 Hieber Road, Manchester
7. To waive the second land split application fee for Mason Horning since he withdrew the application, and the township did not have any costs associated with reviewing the application
8. Warrants
